So I was fortunate enough to have some free time and I played through both the first and second Infamous games, and I have to say that I'm really impressed with Sucker Punch on this one.
I would actually trust them with taking over the Jak series and rebooting, and if you know me, you know how serious of a statement that is.
Tbh it's pretty much everything I wish Jak games could have been as far as gameplay goes, while still keeping a good narrative, open world to explore, and interesting characters.
RIP Jak & Daxter, guess we'll just have to see Sly and Ratchet move on without them, because Naughty Dog has kicked their asses to the curb.

Sometimes I look at my old art/writing and cringe really hard. Like I can see what I wanted out of it, and remember what my original intent was, but like 10 years later I'm just really grateful that I now have the tools/knowledge/experience to accomplish what I wanted.
Having a huge disconnect between vision and skill can be really disheartening, so if you ever feel that way about your art, just keep working at it. It's ok to go back and redraw things years later, too, once you learned new stuff.

Ok so aside from life and work things, ART-WISE I feel that I'm being pulled in a million different directions at once and cannot focus on one thing at a time, so that's been kinda eating me alive every time I get any vague spark of creativity. So I want to start my comic with Dustin and his wacky cosmic adventure, but I also want to whip out a short comic because a friend of mine (TeacupBee (https://www.deviantart.com/teacupbee) ) finished a comic from start to finish and that just AMAZES and inspires me, but I also want to do more studies and improve my human anatomy skills before I jump on any of that, and I also want to improve my technique in general, AND I'm trying to

*sigh* I wish I could get into Infamous but it just doesn't interest me. Cole doesn't interest me as a character...
It's nice to hear that you still like Jak & Daxter even though it's been like what? 7 or 8 years since we got a new one... That series ended too soon and I agree, I think Sucker Punch could handle the franchise well enough or even InsomniacGames. I'm hoping that if the Ratchet & Clank movie does well, we'll get a Jak & Daxter movie.
I just miss the 6th generation of gaming mainly because that's when characters like Ratchet, Jak, & Sly were prominent. I would have liked to see some new Platform game heroes for the 7th generation but sadly, we're still in the gritty ,realisitic trend of games.
